Step 1: Load, swing, and finish on top of the Batter's Edge, maintaining balance and rotating on your back foot.

 

Step 2: Repeat the Step1 sequence - this time with the balls of your feet on the ground and your heels on the Batter's Edge. If your feet are not long enough to rest comfortably, move onto Step 3.

Step 3: Repeat the Step1 sequence - this time with the both of your feet on the ground. The muscle memory advantages of the Batter's Edge will help you maintain a balanced swing. You should use the Batter's Edge regularly to keep your swing balanced and your weight properly distributed in order to gain the maximum benefit.
